Deze Hybride is gemaakt van 86% Wild Ale en 14% Nederlandse Rode Wijn 2017 van wijngaard VieVinVjenne. De Wild Ale heeft ongeveer twee jaar in eikenhouten vaten gerijpt, terwijl de Rode Natuurwijn van 2017 meer dan vier jaar in eikenhouten vaten heeft gerijpt. De wijn is een blend van Marechal Foch, Leon Millot, Rondo en Cabernet Cortis. Deze combinatie resulteerde in een complex maar verfrissend droge Grape ALe met tonen van zoete kersen, donkere bessen en zacht eikenhout. De zuurgraad van de Wild Ale is mooi in balans met zowel de fruitigheid als kruidigheid van de wijn. We hopen dat je net zo blij bent met het resultaat als wij!

This Hybrid Craft Beer is made of 86% Wild Ale and 14% Dutch Red Wine 2017 of vineyard VieVinVjenne. The Wild Ale aged in oak barrels for approximately two years whereas the 2017 natural wine aged more than four years in oak barrels. The wine is a blend of Marechal Foch, Leon Millot, Rondo, and Cabernet Cortis. This combination resulted in a complex but refreshing dry grape ale with notes of sweet cherries, dark berries, and soft oak. The acidity of the wild ale is nicely balanced with both the fruitiness and spiciness of the wine. We hope you are as happy with the result as we are!
